Inkpad Arrange Menu – Element Reordering

Bring Forward, Bring to Front, Send Backward & Send to Back

When objects are created in the same layer they are stacked with the most recently created object at the top. This stacking order determines how objects are displayed when they overlap. These four shapes were created with the circle first, then the triangle, star and the square last. If I drag them together you can see how they overlap, with the square on top and the circle at the very bottom.

Just as layers can be reordered, by using the reordering controls, you can also change the stack order of objects within a layer. The Arrange menu has four commands for changing the stacking order of selected objects.
